Self Pay pricing is available to those without insurance. We want to ensure that every person that needs a dermatology visit can afford to see us. Please contact us directly for the Self Pay prices that we offer.

We strongly recommend confirming our network status with your insurance company directly before your appointment. You should also verify any out of pocket costs, such as co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles. This can typically be done by visiting your insurance company’s website or contacting their customer service by phone (both can usually be found on the back or front of the insurance ID card). Give the insurance representative the One Bread One Body MD group NPI# 1083404966 to help with their search.

Contracted Insurance Providers: We’ve already contracted with the following insurance companies. Again, to avoid unexpected costs, please verify your in-network (or out-of-network) status directly with your insurance company before your visit. Our Clinic NPI number is 1083404966. Use this number or our name to confirm in-network status. Additionally, we have had many insurances require you to get a referral to dermatology prior to your first visit.

We continue to work to secure in-network status with the following insurance plans. We will update the list to let you know when and if they are contracted. If you schedule an appointment, out of network charges will apply and you will be responsible for the full payment.

We would love to still see you but out of network charges will apply and you will be responsible for the full payment. Please call us and we can help you navigate through the out of network charges. If your insurance is not on this list, we are not contracted with the insurance carrier and they would also be out of network.
